Tips for ME
This blog is to share resources and reviews of affordable strategies to help those with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Systemic Exertion Intolerance Disease, Postural Tachycardia Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and other Dysautonomia/Autoimmune/Neurological conditions. Some of these approaches are general techniques to reduce the stress that the body is under, so they are likely to be useful for others with different medical conditions. Sometimes posts are more of a personal reflection on the experience of living with chronic illness.
There is a double meaning in the title: I collate tips and resources for others who have ME, but I’m also hoping that you will provide me with tips to help my recovery.
