My name is Aoife and I am really excited to share information, stories and inspiration with you about my experience of having Rheumatoid Arthritis and a couple of other auto-immune conditions ( Sjogren’s syndrome, Endometriosis). I am a 45-year-old mother of two wonderful boys, with a loving supportive husband, living in the south of England in the peaceful countryside. I focus on how to use holistic tools to bring balance and wellness, especially energy medicine, creativity and diet. Having finally gained so much improvement through the measures I have put in place, I would now love to support and connect with you.
