I’m a geriatric nurse practitioner–in age and education–disabled with ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome) living as well as I can with a chronic illness. Always a bit introverted, tendency to geek out about medicine, health, nutrition, gardening/permaculture. Hoping to make someone’s path a bit easier by sharing information on diet, medical research and what I’ve found works for me. Many chronic illness bloggers write intimate, personal stories.
