A Life Well Red
‘A Life Well Red’ is designed to; inform, educate, and encourage those living with ‘invisible’ chronic illness. To offer patients the hope that chronic illness is not an ‘end’…just another unexpected ‘beginning’!

I’m a geriatric nurse practitioner–in age and education–disabled with ME/CFS (myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome) living as well as I can with a chronic illness. Always a bit introverted, tendency to geek out about medicine, health, nutrition, gardening/permaculture. Hoping to make someone’s path a bit easier by sharing information on diet, medical research and what I’ve found works for me. Many chronic illness bloggers write intimate, personal stories. My blog provides medical education, information on various aspects as of living with a chronic illness and a personal story.
AUniqueLife
