I’m Naomi; I have multiple chronic illness and disabilities but there is more to me than just illness and I blog about other things I am passionate about too. I write about my illnesses and how they affect me life as a young adult with a disability. I also have a weekly journal which I share. I’m passionate about raising awareness and campaigning for change. I also use my blog to give others a voice through sharing guest posts.
